It was almost 4am Nicki couldn't sleep so she was up playing Grand Deaf Auto IV on Safaree PlayStation 3, Safaree was sleep.

"Niggaaaaa that car is bomb af let me steal it." Nicki said playing the game. She used the controller to go over I the drivers side of the car and pressed the triangle button to get in and drove off. Nicki did not know how to drive on this game, she kept crashing into things and hitting people.

"Nigga get out the street." she said to the tv. She crashes the car too much so it started to catch on fire, she hurried and got out and stole another car this time the police chased her.

"OOOHHHH SHIT! THEY ON MY ASS." Nicki yelled to the tv. She forgot Safaree was even in there sleep.

"HAAHAA THEY CAN'T CATCH ME THOUGH!!!" she was so loud she woke up Safaree.

"NICKI! It's 4 in the morning, why you up making all this noise?" Safaree asked with sleep in his voice. Nicki just kept playing the game

"Cus I'm not slee- AAAHHHH THE POLICE GOT ME!" Safaree took the controller from her and paused the game "What Safaree I was playing that!" Nicki took the controller back from him, got up put it on top if the tv and turned the tv and the game off.

"Get in bed with me and go to sleep." she cuddled up the SB, he was back sleep in no time. Nicki tried to move Safaree's arm from around her.

"Where you goin?" he asked with his eyes still closed.

"To the bathroom." she got outta bed and went into the bathroom and stood there, she heard Faree snoring and flushed the toilet. She turned the bathroom light off and got down on the floor and crawled out of their room. When she got to the steps she stood up and walked down. She walked to the kitchen, she looked in the cabinet and got so gummy bears out then went to the living room and turned on Kevin Hart Laugh At My Pain. She got the remote and turned it up and sat on the couch. 

It was like 15mins into the movie and it was getting funny.

"AHAHAHAHHAHAHHAAAA OHMY GAAAWWDDD HE IS SO DUMB!!!!!" Nicki was talkin mad loud but she didn't notice.

"OH MY GAAAAWWWDDD IM SCREEAAMING!!!" She was now on the floor doing her obnoxious laugh/screech. This woke Safaree up, he got out of bed and went to the top of the stairs.

"NICKI WHAT THE FUCK?" He yelled.

"Oh shit." she got up off the floor and ran behind the couch. Safaree came downstairs, he didn't see Nicki so he walked in the kitchen, nicki saw him so she ran upstairs to their room. He heard her little feet run up the stairs so he turned everything off and went upstairs to see her sitting in the middle of the bed with her earphones on, he snatched one out.

"Why were you down there acting stupid?" Safaree asked her.

"I didn't know I was that loud Safaree, Gahlee" she put the earphone back in and he tried to go back to sleep. She layed down listening to her music.

"OH OH OOOOOHHHHH, COME FILL MY GLASS U-" Safaree jumped up and took her phone.

"Nicki, I'm tryna sleep." 

"I'm sorry Faree I can't sleep, i miss my kids."

"You juss left them yesterday."

"I know but I wanna see them." 

"If you would go to sleep we could FaceTime with them in the morning."

"Okay fine." she went to sleep.

Later on that Day 

Even though Nicki went to sleep at almost 5:30am she was woke at 11, her and Safaree. She was sitting on the couch while Safaree was cleaning up the gummy bears Niko spilled on the floor last night. 

"I texted Bri and told her that I will call her on FaceTime later on. She'll text me when they're done eating dinner." The was a knock at the door, Nicki got up to go answer it. She opened the door. 

"What the fuck?" 

"Nicki."

"WHY ARE YOU HERE?? HOW DID YOU FIND MY HOUSE??" Nicki asked.

"I'm still in love with you." the person said.

"I THOUGH YOU WERE IN JAIL"

"I got out to come find you." He grabbed Nicki's thigh.

"GET OFF OF ME!" Safaree heard Nicki yelling and went to the door.

A couple weeks later Kamari recovered from her sickness. She had an ear infection and a cold. Nicki was so happy it wasnt anything serious that the doctors couldnt handle because she wouldnt know what to do with her life if she lost her baby. They were now at home and Nicki was packing Kamari bag because Kamari and Brielle was going with their grandmother for a while because she hadn't seen them since Kamari was 5months old and she didnt have time to visit them because she was working but now she was on vacation and they'll be staying with her for two months. They were also going so Nicki and Safaree could spend quality time together because they haven't been able to do that with Kamari around and they have to be running around after her every second. Brielle wanted to go because she missed her friends in New York, she still talked to them and video chatted with them but it was way different than seeing them in person. She knows that Mama Carol isnt like Nicki she lets Brielle do whatever she wants basically as long as she calls her. With Nicki she has to take Brielle everywhere she go. Brielle didnt like that.

In Kamari's Room

"Stop Mari before you get a beating." Nicki said. Kamari was pulling the clothes out of the suitcase and throwing them on the floor every time Nicki would fold them up and put them in there neatly. She packed two of Kamari's mini suitcases, she had one more to go. Mama Carol told Nicki she was gunna take Brielle and Kamari shopping so she didnt have to send alot of clothes.

Nicki called Safaree so he could take the suitcases downstairs and they could leave. It was 9am and Nicki and Safaree had to drive from Malibu to meet her mother and father in Missouri. Safaree put Brielle and Kamari's suitcases in the trunk of their Range and went back in to get Kamari. Safaree took Kamari to the car, Nicki and Brielle came behind them, Nicki locked the door they got in the truck and left. It was a long drive to Missouri and when Nicki met with her mother at the BP gas station. Kamari and Brielle was asleep so Nicki didnt have to worry about Kamari crying when she left but she had to wake Brielle up so she could walk to Mama Carols car. 

"Hi mom. Hi dad." Nicki hugged and kissed her mother, Safaree did the same.

"Hey baby, how are you?" Mama Carol said.

"Im good. Lemme get Kamari." Nicki took Kamari out of her car seat and Safaree to it to Nicki's mother car. Once it was in Nicki out Mari in the car seat and kissed her. Safaree kissed her too then shut the door. She was still sleep. Safaree when to get to get the suitcases out of the trunk while Nicki went to wake up Brielle.

"Brielle sweetie, get up. Go get in Nana's car." Brielle woke up, grabbed her phone and laptop. Nicki gave her her stuff back last night. Brielle went to walk to Mama Carol's car. "Oh so i dont get no hug or no kiss goodbye? You aint gunna see me for two months." Nicki said smiling to Brielle.

"See you in two months coonette." Safaree said.

Nicki and Safaree got back in their car and was on their way back home. "So we got two whole months to ourself, what are we gunna do?" Nicki asked. 

"Were going out tonight." Safaree said.

"OUT?! Where?"

15 minutes later they arrived back at the house and Nicki went to their room a layed out across the bed. Safaree stayed in the living room making plans for him and his wife's night. He called the restaurant he wanted to take her to and made reservations. They hadn't gotten time to themselves in a while, so he wanted to take her out to a relaxing dinner and have a peaceful night.

"Not now, Brielle." Nicki rolled her eyes. "How did you get home. anyway? I could have sworn you told me you were staying after school?"

"Jamie's mom took me home."

Soon after, Safaree called Nicki.

Nicki: *sighs* Safaree!! Now they're not open until Thursday evening and we can't wait that long. How can you possibly forget and I drilled it in your head? What if she has the damn flu?
Safaree: Ughh. Look. I'm sorry. Take her to the hospital. And she doesn't have the damn flu, you're overreacting.
Nicki: No I'm not paying 100 dollars to go to the hospital. She doesn't have a pediatrician there! How am I overreacting, Safaree? She's been coughing for hours on end, the medicine isn't working, her fever is above high, and she keeps sneezing. Thats what you call overreacting?
Safaree: Bye Nicki *click*

Kamari was still crying her eyes out but this time it was even louder. So, Nicki decided to take her up to her  room and to lay her down for a nap. Hopefully, that will make her feel better. She turned on a pink sound soother above Mari's crib. It always helped.

"Finally." Nicki whispered to herself. She was pissed off at Safaree. This was the most pissed she's been at him in a long time. He never forgot things. But, of course he forgets something as big as this. Brielle came running down the hallway into Mari's room out of no where.

"Mama, can I please get my phone back? It's been like 3 days!" She begged.

"No! You're not getting it back anytime soon, not after the way you disrespected your principal. You can only get your computer back for school stuff." Nicki looked at her like she was stupid.

"Well, I need the laptop for this essay that has to be typed! It's on the Civil War."

"Okay. I believe you. It's on the dresser next to my bed." She rushed downstairs to her mother's master bedroom. Fuck is an essay? She was only using it to get on facebook and twitter. Piece of Cake. All she had to do was delete the history.

Safaree came home about 30 minutes later and Nicki was struggling to feed Kamari.

"Daddy!!" She yelled.

"Hi, princess!" He took off his suit and sat next to Nicki. "I don't get a hi?" He asked.

"100.4."

"God, I'll get the car." Nicki sighed. "Brielle, come down here now! Safaree, get the car seat please."




They all got in the car and rushed their way to the hospital with Mari still crying.

"What's wrong? Why can't we figure it out Faree?" Nicki started to cry.

"It's okay Nicki." They were stuck at a red light for about 3 minutes. So, Safaree decided to run it.

"We'll be getting a ticket in the mail." Brielle said looking back.

"Bri.." Safaree said looking at her through the rearview mirror.

"K. Sorry. I'll shutup now." They pulled into the  hospital parking lot at CHLA. 



- In The Hospital -

"Child's name?" The clerk at the front desk asked.

"Kamari Marie Samuels" Safaree said pulling out his insurance card.

"Thank You. You guys are going to have to wait over there for a doctor."

"How long?" He asked.

"45 minutes to an hour!"

"Uhm, we don't have all day. I'm sure you have a doctor on this floor who isn't busy." Nicki pointed out.

"No, I'm sorry. You have to wait just like everyone else."

Nicki turned around and there were 5 people already sitting down.

"Safaree, we don't have time for this shit! If you would have called the lady like I asked we wouldn't be here!" She raised her voice.

Kamari started crying louder and louder and then she stopped and wouldn't whine, wimper, or make any noises.

"Mari?" Nicki shook her and she didn't respond!!

"Kamari!!" She shook her again and no response.

"Shit!"Safaree said through her teeth.

"We need a doctor on level 2 immediately!" yelled the clerk into the intercom from her desk.

She came over and grabbed Kamari from Nicki's arm and immediately made her to a room.

"You two the parents? Follow me."

Safaree held Nicki as they made their way down the halls.

"Faree, I'm scared!" She wimpered.

"It's gonna be okay... it's gonna be okay." He promised.

Family Day

Nicki walked into the kitchen holding Mari and put her in her highchair. She walked to the cabinet , stood on her tippy toes and got the oatmeal. 


"MOMMY SHORT!!!!!" Mari yelled. Nicki looked back at her and rolled her eyes.She walked over to the counter and poured it in a bowl and filled it with water and put it in the microwave. She walked over  to the refrigerator. Before she opened it she looked at the paper on it under a pink magnet Safaree had got her. It was Brielle's report card she had brought home a week before. She looked at it and thought about how Brielle ALWAYS got straight A's. Brielle was a very smart child. She was very helpful around the house. She was quiet and had very few friends she talked to. She didnt really care. She didnt take the negative comments about her to the heart. 

Nicki thought a out how blessed she was to have a daughter like her. There were girls her age walking around pregnant , smoking , drinking ,  messing around fucking with boys , and being fast ass hoes. Brielle did NONE of this. Nicki thought back to when she had times like this with her mother. Nicki knew that when she always to be mad and her mother used to try to talk to her while she was upset she would raise her voice at her mother too. She thought about how mad her mother use to make her. She never gave her a chance to calm down before she started questioning her. Nicki now started to feel bad for what happened earlier because now that she thought about it, she knew that Brielle would NEVER raise her voice at her on purpose. The microwave sounded and Nicki put the paper back on the fridge and got the milk. She took the bowl out of the microwave and poured some milk in it. She put a little sugar in there too. She stirred it all up and sat the bowl in front of Mari. Nicki tried to feed her but Mari kept pushing Nicki's hand so Nicki let her feed herself.

Nicki scrunched up her face at her and went and sat down at the island. Nicki's mind drifted back of to Brielle. She thought about it and a single tear ran down her face. She really didnt mean to hit Brielle that hard she felt bad after she did it but she really didnt care at the time, she knew it'd come back to her. She had to go talk to her daughter.  

"Mommy will be right back, eat all your oatmeal like a big girl okay?" Mari shook her head yes and Nicki walked out of the kitchen. Nicki walked up the stairs to Brielle's door and stood there. She heard her little sobs and sniffles which broke her heart. She didnt like the fact that Brielle was crying. She opened the door and looked straight over at Brielle who had her head burried in her pillow, she didnt look up. Nicki went over to her and sat on her bed. She placed her hand on her back and rubbed it as Brielle continued crying. Nicki pulled her pillow motioning her to get up. Brielle sat up and Nicki pulled her into her chest and kissed her forehead. Brielle spoke up. 

"Im sorry ma." Nicki shushed her. 

"Its okay baby, I understand you were mad." Brielle cried. 

"Mommy NO that was MAD disrespectful, I shouldnt have did that! But for some reason I CANT hold in my anger in when Im mad no matter who Im talking to." Nicki listened to her. That was Safaree ALL OVER. Whenever Safaree was mad whoever said anything to him would get cussed out, no matter who they are, including Nicki. It was something he couldnt control. And if its one thing Brielle gets from Safaree, that was it!!! 

"Baby I didnt mean to hit you like that either, Im sorry."

"its okay ma, but i really shouldnt have yelled at you. Im so sorry." Brielle hugged her mother.

"Get ready, lets go out for ice cream." Nicki said. 

Nicki left the room and walked to her room. She walked to the bed to wake Safaree up. She tickled his ear with her nail and he jumped straight up. Nicki laughed at him.

"Faree."

"What?" 

"I couldnt punish her, I apologized. I use to do that. She has that thing you have when you lash out at people that try to talk to you when you're mad."

"Nic you hit her HARD!! You needed to apologize." Safaree said. 

"I did, huh?" 

"Yea." 

"I apologized but she aint getting her stuff back cus she was mad disrespectful to that principal." Nicki said.

"I agree. She dont need it!"

"Were going to get Ice cream, GET UP!!!!!" Nicki said looking down at him kissing his BIG forehead. 

"Safaree you have a big ass head yo!".

"Leave me alone, where's Kamari? It's 11:30am, why you letting her sleep this late? She aint gunna take her nap when its nap time. Go wake her up!" Safaree smacked Nicki's ass.

"Oh shit I left her down stairs in her highchair eating oatmeal, she probaly made a mess." Nicki said running out the door and down the steps to the kitchen. When she got there Mari was sitting there oatmeal EVERYWHERE!!. Her bowl was on the floor and she had the spoon hanging out of her mouth. 

"MUNCHKIN!!! You made a big mess." Nicki said taking the spoon out of Mari's mouth.

"Mommy I finish"

"I see!" Nicki picked the bowl up off the floor and started cleaning the mess up. Brielle came down stairs dressed and walked to the highchair and got Mari. "Hey Ma- ew dont touch me with your messy hands." She say Mari back down.

"Hi BB.." Mari said trying to throw oatmeal on her. Nicki looked at them.

"Stop Munchkin." Nicki said to Mari. She did it again and Safaree came in the kitchen and over to Brielle and hugged her. 


"I love you " He said to her 


"I love you too daddy." Safaree kissed her cheek. 


"I WUV YOU  DADDY!!!!" Mari screamed reaching up to kiss him. 


"I love you too babygirl." Safaree kissed her and she had her arm around his neck, she didnt want to let go but she did.


"I LOVE YOU ZADDY!!!!!" Nicki screamed from across the kitchen. Safaree walked over to her. 


"I LOVE YOU TOO BABY!!" Safaree mocked Nicki. They laughed. Nicki stood on her tippy toes and pecked his lips. 

"Okay you little Munchkin, its time to get you cleaned up." Nicki picked up Mari and went upstairs. She wen into the bathroom and got Mari's Dora wash cloth put soap on it and washed Mari off. She got a towel off of the shelf and wrapped Mari in it and carried her to her room. She got a diaper out of Mari's closet and put it on her and her t-shirt.


"What do you wanna wear Munchkin?" Mari pointed to her pink, blue, and purple tutu.


"Okay!" Nicki got the tutu and put it on Mari. There was a pink and purple headband with it and a pink shirt. Mari wore pink sandals. "You ready?" Mari shook her head yes. Nicki picked her up and walked downstairs. "We're going to get ice cream."


"I CWEAM!!!!" Nicki laughed. Safaree and Brielle was waiting on the couch, Nicki got to the bottom of the steps and put Mari down so she can walk.


"Why she got that on?" Safaree asked.


"Cus, thats what she wanted to wear." Nicki got the car keys and they all headed out the door. Nicki picked Mari up to put her in the car seat. When Nicki shut the door Mari started to cry. She wanted Nicki to sit in the back with her. Brielle got in the car and tried to stop Mari from crying but she kept pushing her away.

"Stop being mean Munchkin!" Nicki sat in the back and Brielle sat in the front and they drove to ColdStone to get ice cream.

**At Cold Stone

Mari was running around this store. Nicki was tired of chasing her.

"Safaree get your child." Nicki sat down and Safaree got Mari.

"You're so bad. I wonder who you get it from." Safaree side eyed Nicki.

"You she dont it from me, i wasnt a bad child. What kind of ice cream yall want?" Nicki said.

"I want strawberry." Brielle said.

"Shawberwy." Mari mocked Brielle.

"We're getting Mari vanilla and I want cookies&cream." Safaree didnt want any ice cream. He went to the counter and told the lady what they wanted she got it, he paid for it and they left the store. Nicki sat in the backseat and fed Mari her ice cream. When they got home she wiped Mari off again and now it was naptime. Brielle pu her in Nicki's ice cream in the freezer then went in her room. Mari, Safaree, and Nicki was in their room. Nicki was laying in bed holding Kamari while she was falling asleep. Safaree took off his stuff and got in bed too. He wrapped his arms around them and her fell asleep too.

No She Didnt (Part 2)

They got home , Safaree went upstairs so he could tell Nicki what happened but she was sound asleep. He went back downstairs, Brielle was on was on her way up.
"Naw, go back down." She turnes around and went back down the steps. She sat on the couch, Safaree sat next to her.
"I'm not even gunna say anything to you about it. I'm just letting you know that I'm gunna tell your mother about how disrespectful you were, so you better be ready to talk." Safaree got up and and made his way upstairs. He was ready to go back in his bed and go to sleep but while her was walking he heard noise in Mari's room. She was sitting up on the bed crying, he went to go pick her up and he gave her her pacifier and he carried her to him and Nicki's room. Nicki was knocked out, he sat on his side of the bed abd was rocking Mari so she could go back to sleep. Her eyes were closed so he laid her in the middle then he laid on the end. Mari was acting like she was sleep, Safaree's eyes was closed but he wasn't sleep. Mari sat up and started playing with Nicki's eyelids and started to kiss Nicki all over her face, drool was running down Nicki's face. Nicki woke up.
"Eeeeww Mari." She wiped the drool off.
"Mommy up, mommy up."
"Yes I'm up, you woke me up." Safaree opened his eyes and looked over at them. Kamari now had her arms around Nicki's neck. Safaree pulled her away.
"Hey I thought you were asleep you little rascal." He started to tickle her. She slid off of the bed and went into her room to play with her toys, Nicki sat up.
"Sooo what happed at the school?" She asked.
"Okay so she was fighting D'ara, I don't know why and I didn't ask her any questions, ima let you deal with it."
"Okay, that's it?"
"Oh no, she cursed out the principal and was being very rude."
"Wait what? Brielle Samuels? Cursing out an adult? Hell no!" Nicki got up out of the bed and put on her robe and footies. Safaree just laid back down.
"DANAE!!!!" Nicki yelled. You could tell she was mad because she called Brielle by her middle name. She walked to Brielle's room but she wasn't in there so she made her was downstairs.
**Downstairs with Brielle
"Yes?" She answered Nicki, she knew she was in big trouble.
"Why were y'all fighting? I thought she was your bestfriend." Nicki was standing at the bottom of the steps.
"I thought she was too. She's the one Davon was cheating on me with."
"What?"
"Yup!"
"Well enough of that, he's gone. Fuck him."
"I guess."
"Now what happened when you was in the office?"
"Nothing didn't happen, I juss sat there and waited for someone to pick me up."
"So you're lying?" Nicki already knew what happened she juss wanted Bri to tell her herself. Brielle didn't say anything.
"Since when did you start cursing at adults and being disrespectful? You know I don't play that shit!" Nicki walked over and smacked her.
"I'm sorry ma."
"Don't apologize to me. Why did you do it?"
"I was mad."
"I don't care, that still don't give you the right to curse and be disrepectful to an adult. Try again." Brielle didn't say anything.
"You better say something Brielle. I'm not in the mood."
"I TOLD YOU I WAS MAD!!!" Brielle yelled at Nicki. She got up to go to her room. Nicki smacked her and she fell to the floor.
"WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU YELLING AT???? DON'T EVER IN YOUR LIFE RAISE YOUR FUCKING VOICE AT ME AGAIN!!!!" This woke Safaree up, he ran downstairs.
"What's goin on."
"She yelles at me, I'm bouta fuck her up!" Nicki said.
"You did what Brielle??"
"I didn't mean to, I'm juss really mad."
"So what don't ever yell at your mother, do you understand?"
"Yea."
"Wait, what?"
"Yes." She got off the floor to walk to her room.
"Bring me your phone, iPad, laptop, and iPod and go in your room. Don't come out until I tell you to and I mean it! I can't believe you." Nicki said to Brielle.
Brielle went upstairs to get her stuff and brought it back downstairs to Nicki, Mari came downstairs behind her.
"Daddy me hungry." She hit Safaree on the leg.
"You can go back to sleep babe." Nicki told Safaree.
"You want some oatmeal Munchkin?"
"Yes mommy." Nicki made Mari oatmeal.
